- Salary from 4,000,000 - 7,500,000 VND / month depending on the working position, enjoying the best welfare policies and suitable personnel regimes.

In addition, the company has responsibility allowance for the following positions:

   + The director is from 600,000 VND to 1,100,000 VND / month

   + Vice captains, captains from 1100,000 to 2600 000 VND / month

- Receive 300% of basic salary if working on holidays or Tet

- Free all training costs for inexperienced security guards, starting from the professional training period.

- Free housing for employees in the distance.

- Priority is given to security guards who are experienced and professional.

- Working time will be divided by: 8-hour shift, 10-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour shift
